The new H&M masking tape NEW VERSION
We offer a new masking tape for the sealing of canopies and lids in the boat sector, as well as wing joints on aeroplanes.The new H&M masking tape is defined as a premium class PVC tape with a rubber-based adhesive coating and is the ideal partner for our sector.

The new tape has a
- significantly higher adhesive strength than its predecessor
- is now thinner at just 0.055 mm and is therefore less bulky
- more transparent, slightly milky, but not as strong as its predecessor
We can now offer this in 2 widths (25 and 38 mm) for the respective boat size and various applications.

This prevents the ingress of water!
The new H&M masking tape has a thick backing (tape thickness approx. 35 µm) and is the ideal tape for a wide range of applications.
The new performance data in detail:
- High adhesive strength on smooth and rougher surfaces = super adhesion on GRP - painted surfaces
- Applicable at -10°C to +90°C = can also be used at uncomfortably low or high temperatures
- Good weather resistance = can also be used on (slightly) damp surfaces
- Good moisture and chemical resistance = can also be used in the combustion area, RC box sealing, etc.

Information for our customers: Changeover of our adhesive tapes /New adhesive tape
As our former supplier can no longer supply the tapes in 25, 38 and 50 mm in the usual quality, we have been endeavouring to find a new supplier over the last few weeks. We have now found one. The new tapes are slightly thinner and have a significantly higher adhesion factor. We will be offering these tapes in 25 and 38 mm in future. The new tapes are also no longer supplied in the usual 20 m version, but at 66 metres are now 3.3 times more productive than the previous ones, hence the corresponding price adjustment.
